FluoroClad 3
FluoroClad 3 is a three-coat water based wet dispersion PTFE coating system that is internally reinforced with titanium. This coating exhibits excellent nonstick properties combined with outstanding durability. FC 3 is an excellent choice for tire molds and other similar industrial applications. This coating system complies with the FDA code of federal regulations referenced in CFR title 121 subsection 175.300.
FluoroClad 5
FluoroClad 5 is a water-based dispersion (wet spray) four-coat system that employs a titanium reinforced matrix designed for use as a mold release. It is especially effective in applications where non-stick properties and high cleanability are desired. This coating is designed for both industrial and food contact applications. FC 5 is especially noted for its excellent durability and high heat tolerance. It offers maximum continuous temperature resistance of 500° F (260° C). This coating system complies with the FDA code of federal regulations referenced in CFR title 121 subsection 175.300. It is also compliant with California prop 65.
FluoroClad 6
FluoroClad 6 is a two-coat system designed for a wide range of industrial applications where high levels of release and very good abrasion resistance are required. This coating has excellent abrasion resistance due to its low coefficient of friction. FC 6 has a continuous operating temperature rating of 450° F (232° C). This coating system complies with the FDA code of federal regulations referenced in CFR title 121 subsection 175.300.
FluoroClad 7
FluoroClad 7 is a three-coat water based dispersion (wet spray) coating system. FC 7 exhibits enhanced nonstick properties combined with outstanding durability. It has been specially formulated for application to surfaces of cookware, bakeware, and cutlery. It has a maximum continuous temperature resistance of 500° F (260° C). This coating system complies with the FDA code of federal regulations referenced in CFR title 121 subsection 175.300.
FluoroClad 19
FluoroClad 19 is a highly durable two-coat system that exhibits excellent release properties. FC 19 is available as both a wet dispersion coating and a powder coating. It is typically applied as a combination wet and powder coating, with the first coat a water-based primer and the second a PFA powder. However, there is a powder primer specially developed to accompany the top coat. All forms of FluoroClad 19 are compliant with the FDA code of federal regulations referenced in CFR title 121 subsection 175.300.
FluoroClad 22
FluoroClad 22 is a 2-coat powder-on-powder PTFE coating specially designed for griddles, grill grates, and other cooking applications. This coating system complies with the FDA code of federal regulations referenced in CFR title 121 subsection 175.300.
FluoroClad DL
In many cases industrial needs call for a compromise between release properties, corrosion protection, and durability. Not with FluoroClad DL. FluoroClad DL is a unique blend of powder-on-powder chemistries that results in a superbly durable and flexible nonstick coating with applications in a vast array of industrial settings. With the FluoroClad DL products the customer can expect to an increased durability, higher temperature resistance (550° F, with peaks up to 600° F), and increased chemical resistance (over 1,000 hours salt spray (ASTM B-117)) than with traditional fluoropolymers. FluoroClad DL is available in two forms, metallic (FC DL-M) and non-metallic (FC DL-C). This coating system complies with the FDA code of federal regulations referenced in CFR title 121 subsection 175.300.

Fluoroclad SDFC is our ceramic reinforced, two coat water based system that was specifically devised to repel slag buildup and weld splatter.
