SECOA COATING CAPABILITIES

Three continuous oven lines

·       We have a flatbed belt oven that is 71”wide x 10” high, with a maximum oven temperature of 900° F (482° C).

·       We have two overhead conveyor lines. The first is 44” wide x 80” high with a maximum temperature of 650° F (343° C)and the other has a 6’ 6” wide x 6’ 6” high opening internal length of 40’ and a maximum oven temperature of 800° F (427° C).

·       Between these three lines we are capable of handling a wide mix of part sizes and configurations, from small fixtures to very large frames and bases. Our conveyors can handle parts up to amass of 2,000 pounds. If a part is too heavy to hang on our line we have racks we have designed and built that can handle weight as high as 8,000 pounds.

Three small batch ovens

We employ two smaller ovens for batch and small lot work.

·      The first is 53 ½” wide x 70” high x 82” deep and can reach a maximum temperature of 800° F (427° C).

·      The other is 44” wide x 40” high x 30 ½” deep and can reach a maximum temperature of 900° F (482° C).

Fluid Beds

Secoa Metal Finishing is one of the nation’s leading applicators of powder coating utilizing the fluid bed method. We have several beds available for use at anytime. Here are the dimensions of our current beds:

·      48”long x 30” wide x 26” deep

·      27”long x 16” wide x 13” deep

·      40”long x 20” wide x 14” deep

·      116”long x 20” wide x 24” deep

·      120”long x 36” wide x 24” deep

In addition, we have a full machine shop where we can design and build new fluid beds as the need arises. We also are capable of designing and building racks, fixtures, and hooks for any custom job that comes our way. We are very flexible and capable of completing a wide range of projects and jobs.
