Our anti-corrosive options can be utilized in a variety of ways; this includes hot flocking, electro-static, fluidized bed, and in a variety of fluoropolymers (high-build wet coatings). Our current line of anti-corrosive and chemical products includes:

Polyester: Modern polyester powder coatings offer exceptional corrosion and UV protection, are comparatively low cost, and are available in a wide array of colors. While polyester is inherently corrosion resistant, its performance can be enhanced by coupling it with a zinc-rich or epoxy primer.

Rilsan ® Nylon 11: A high-performance technical polymer. Derived from a series of complex chemical operations, it is one of the few polymers in existence produced from “green” raw material. This system has earned a preferred material status in the most demanding applications due largely to its excellent combination of thermal, physical, chemical, and mechanical properties. It has a thickness range from .005” to .050”.

Epoxy: Can be used for waste treatment, water valves, and other metal coatings, in thin to heavy builds

High Build Thermoplastics: Can be applied to steel as a replacement for stainless steel, which makes it perfect for the municipal, architectural, and food industries. Excellent UV properties.

KF Polymer: A thick film build polymer used for corrosion and chemical protection on valves, pumps, piping, etc.

Halar (ECTFE): A partially fluorinated semi-crystalline polymer that offers versatility while contributing to permeation, chemical and thermal resistance.

Tefzel (ETFE): A thermoplastic copolymer derived from the polymerization of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene monomers. These materials are extremely tough and abrasion-resistant having excellent chemical resistance and continuous operating temperatures up to 150 °C (302 °F). ETFE is also an excellent electrical insulator and has good nonstick and low-friction properties.

Ruby Red PFA: A version of PFA powder coating that employees fillers to establish near-impermeable layer of protection. This product should be considered whenever permeation is thought to be a considerable risk to the performance of normal fluoropolymer coatings.
